Civic '03 B18 swap and tranny swap (auto to manual) questions?

-Well heres the deal, i got this awsome civic for a freakin low price, its in top shape condition and everything, i really wanted to have it manual tho, but i just couldnt say no to that deal...so now i really want to port that tranny to manual. I know people will say "worthless, too pricy, just sell the car and buy another" but money is not an issue here idc how much ill pay for that.. so i was wondering, if it would cost alot to do the whole b18 swap + auto to manual swap (considering i do both at the same time)It will add about another $1500 to $2000 to the engine swap. The physical tranny install is easy, its converting the cab from automatic to manual that is like 1/2 the cost.
