'98 Saturn SL2 will not start? Tried almost everything, please help!?

-We have a 1998 Saturn SL2 that will not start and we have checked the starter, and fuses, replaced the starter relay, and battery, and it still will not start. Any ideas? When we turn the key it does not click. The radio doesn't come on, the lights do come on. My husband is checking the ignition switch now and then they will be checking the neutral safety switch. Do you know of anything else we can try? Please help! Thank you!If it is a manual trans, then yes unplug switch at clutch and jumper the wires (set park break, in neutral). If starts, replace the park neutral safety switch(top of clutch pedal). If no start, you could be looking at an ignition switch (use a test light to check feed circuits while turning switch). Dose this car have a security system? If aftermarket, rip it out, if factory?, then get a $20 manual at any parts store (get anyway for ckt checks).
