Used 2009 Toyota Corolla has missing features...??!!!?

-I have just bought a used 2009 Corolla S. The used car price matched kelley blue book (before the fees) so i made sure I want being cheated. No money down. I did notice something odd about the car but could not figure it out (you will find out, below). Clean carfax history (had 2 owners). 1st owner made a fleet purchase (whatever the hell that is), and the second owner only used it for 6 months, and then traded it in or a Chevrolet, which is where i bought the car, at a chevrolet dealership.

But when i brought the car home my boyfriend pointed out that is has:

1. No rear spoiler (that's what was missing!). There aren't even slots for it. That feature is supposed to be standard.

2. The rims are not steel, they are just regular hubcaps with the Toyota Logo on it.

--It has all other features that a corolla S has except those two.

Can anyone tell me WHY would a Corolla S not have spoilers? DId it get stolen from the other owners? DId the original owner not want a spoiler? (why would you not want one?!)

I'm upset and now I want money deducted from the final car price.

I got the car 2 days ago, and it says in contract that I have 20 day to dispute the car.

Wil the dealership deduct money from the final price? Or not care? I am going there TODAY
