Whats the best way to make my 05 gto the fastest gto in town?

For about $11,000 you get their high end supercharger package that will increase the power of your 366 C.I. LS2 to about 600 horsepower and about 500 ft lbs of torque.
nothing short of a big wallet is going to solve your problem. you will need a big block 632 from world performance. supercharger kit (overdriven) nitrous oxide, and a full chassis to handle the power that the big block chev puts out.
Depends how big your town is, and what the fastest is. Better question is, how small is your world that you feel you have to have the baddest of one model of car in your town?
Best way......Supercharger, or Twin turbo
Install a Turbo kit, Magnaflow exhaust, cold air intake, things like that.
