What years do part's exchange on a 1997 cherokee?

-Generally the 1997-2001 (same body style) parts will inter-change. However this is not always the case as there were minor changes within this era as well. Examples include the 2000 and 2001 models got a coil on plug ignition rather than a distributor and they also received a low pinion front Dana 30 where all previous models had the high pinion Dana 30. Also the intake manifolds may have changed a bit as well.
